What does Bookd cost?
Nothing for your first month. After that, 5% of the value of each confirmed booking. No monthly fee, no setup fee, no contract.
Do I have to leave Booking.com or Airbnb?
No. Bookd works alongside them. We sync calendars both ways so the same room is never booked twice.
How do guests find me?
Guests ask ChatGPT or Claude (with the Bookd connector) for a stay in your area; your rooms appear with live prices and availability. You also get your own Bookd page and a link you can share.
Who sets it up?
We do. Send your website or listing link and we build everything; you just check it and connect Stripe for payouts.
How do I get paid?
Through Stripe, straight to your bank. The guest pays a deposit online (held on their card until you accept) and the balance at your property.
What if I can't take a booking?
Tap Decline, or simply don't answer within 2 hours. The guest's card hold is released and they are not charged.
Can guests cancel?
Yes: free until 7 days before arrival by default (you can change the cut-off). After that the deposit is kept for you.
Is my data safe?
Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see them. We only store what is needed to pass bookings between you and your guests.
Do you work outside Ireland?
Yes. Bookd is open to B&Bs, guesthouses and small hotels anywhere, including the UK and the USA.
